Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Nishabd has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 150 per order.
  • For shopping worth ₹2999 or above, shipping would be free.
  • Orders are delivered within 7-15 working days
  • Nishabd has partnered with third-party logistic partners for delivering orders. Delivery details along with the tracking number would be shared on mail as soon as the order is confirmed and dispatched.
  • The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. Nishabd shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.
What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
  • If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  • Please notify us immediately on our helpline no. +91-8551647918 or email on [email protected] mentioning the Order ID. Post validation, our team will make sure that the new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Costs Policy

The table below describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by Nishabd.

Kurtas Exchange due to size issues can be done within 48 hours of receiving your order for all online orders.

Tags should be intact and the product should be unused

Damaged Product Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged.

 ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

Altered Products No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
Cancellation Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order before the shipment has been dispatched. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10-15 working days. Once you receive your shipment, then it’s only eligible only for replacement.
Reverse Pickup/Shipping Cost Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.

In case there are multiple exchanges, the customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery ( i.e ₹300 )

*Multiple exchanges*  refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) (even if the products were purchased in one single order).

Note: International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note For Return & Exchange
  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • All tags, bags, the product should be intact.
  • Sarees with fall & edging and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange request that is not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • Customized products can not be returned or replaced.
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number would not be eligible for return or exchange
